Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Saint-Laurent (2 days remote)
Salary: $60K (based on experience)

Apply Today!Our client in the automation industry is actively seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their dynamic team!In this role, you will collaborate directly with the VP of Finance, overseeing Accounts Receivable operations and functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization!Main Requirements:– Fluently bilingual (intermediate level of English required for daily use in order to support operations in another region)
– At least 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role
– Strong knowledge of Excel
– Autonomous and a team playerKey Responsibilities:– Generate and promptly send invoices to clients
– Monitor accounts receivable aging to ensure timely payment collection
– Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to maintain accuracy
– Record customer cash receipts efficiently
– Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or irregularities
– Release sales orders based on credit approvals and payment terms
