What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or home care.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with hiring teams.
  • Data-Driven: Comfort with analyzing recruitment data to optimize strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Leadership: Experience in mentoring or leading recruitment teams to meet staffing goals.
  • Results-Driven: A track record of successfully sourcing and securing top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source & Engage: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective candidates, guiding them through the hiring process.
  • Connect: Act as the main point of contact for potential candidates, fostering relationships and guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Assess: Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit within our agency.
  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent for caregiving roles.
  • Interview & Evaluate: Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a great fit for our agency’s values and needs.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are set up for success in their roles.
  • Analyze & Improve: Track and analyze recruitment data to continuously improve the hiring process and ensure we attract the best talent.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze recruitment data and use insights to refine strategies and processes.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with diverse candidates and team members effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Onboarding & Retention: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are fully equipped to succeed, and contribute to retention strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously refine our recruitment efforts.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using our systems.
  • Lead the Process: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and managing candidate communications
  • Primary Contact: Serve as the go-to person for prospective caregivers, guiding them through the hiring process with professionalism.
  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement strategies to attract high-quality caregiver candidates, including outreach efforts, networking, and community engagement.

  • Experience: Proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in healthcare or home care settings.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
