Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers.
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified, compassionate caregivers for in-home senior care.
  • Build strong relationships with local job boards, staffing agencies, schools, and community organizations to source candidates.
  • Utilize social media platforms and other creative channels to promote job openings and attract candidates.
  • Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with all candidates.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure hiring strategies align with business goals and staffing needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Day to Day Operations:

  • Source & Engage: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective candidates, guiding them through the hiring process.
  • Connect: Act as the main point of contact for potential candidates, fostering relationships and guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Assess: Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit within our agency.
  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent for caregiving roles.
  • Interview & Evaluate: Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a great fit for our agency’s values and needs.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for Senior Care: A true commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of seniors.
  • Experience: Proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in healthcare or home care settings.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.

  • Primary Contact: Serve as the go-to person for prospective caregivers, guiding them through the hiring process with professionalism.
  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement strategies to attract high-quality caregiver candidates, including outreach efforts, networking, and community engagement.
