What You’ll Do:As a Scheduler, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping them get the care they need. You’ll:Answer and place calls in a friendly, professional mannerSchedule, reschedule, and cancel appointmentsProvide exam instructions and assist with paperworkWork with referring physicians and clinical teamsEnter and update patient info in our scheduling systemDeliver compassionate service—every timeWhat We’re Looking For:Great communication and phone skillsA calm, caring approach with patientsAttention to detail and strong computer skillsA team player who’s eager to learn and grow
