Compensation: $15 – $16 per hourAlliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Assemblers for our Clients in Canton, OH! These clients are looking for engaged individuals, eager to succeed. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled assembly technicians who thrive in a fast-paced environment.Please note: this position is not accessible by public transportation.Schedule:

• Actual hours may vary but an example schedule could be:

• 1st shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• 2nd shift: 2:00pm – 12:00am
• 3rd shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am
• Overtime may be mandatory — must be flexible!

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret drawings and diagrams to assemble components.
• Follow instructions to install various devices, instruments, and bus bars.
• Use connection and power diagrams to determine proper routing and ensure accurate connections.
• Understand power diagrams for current transformer polarity through connection diagrams.
• Proficiently use all required wiring tools and portable power tools according to company standards.
• Operate ladders and ensure all tasks meet the company’s quality and safety standards.
• Contribute to team goals and objectives, ensuring high-quality and cohesive teamwork.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 2 years of experience in assembly; ideally electrical assembly
• Proficiency in reading and understanding production drawings and work instructions.
• Ability to follow instructions and solve problems in standardized situations.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Safety and quality-oriented, reliable, and a strong communicator with a positive attitude.
• Mechanically inclined
