– Strong attention to detail

– Proficiency in title search software and databases
– Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
– Effective communication and organizational abilitiesSkills:
– 3+ years experience as a title abstractor
– Understanding of property title concepts and terminology
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Professional demeanor and work ethicHigh stress tolerance — thrives in a high-pressure environmentAbility to conform to shifting priorities, strong problem solving & prioritization skillsThe position requires related experience working in external relationship management
