Now Hiring a Fragrance Compounder!We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating batches by following formulas and accurately weighing raw materials. You will compound batches of fragrances, mix them, and bring samples to the QC team for testing.Job Responsibilities:

• Compound batches of fragrance by weighing raw materials according to a formula
• Mix and prepare samples for QC testing
• Cover batches when complete
• Maintain accountability for all responsibilities as defined by ISO 9001 process flows

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience (minimum) in compounding fragrance formulations, 1+ years is preferred
• Knowledge of fragrance applications
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with a small team
• Ability to multitask

Work Environment:

• Industrial setting where employees may be exposed to mild odors.
• Safety is a priority, and the employee will be required to wear appropriate safety equipment including eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and a lab coat.
• The facility is modern and high-tech, ensuring a safe and clean workspace that minimizes the risk of accidents and health hazards.
