As an Internal Sales Advisor at HSS ProService, you’ll be at the forefront of taking customers through the sales journey using your amazing customer service skills. You will be converting inquiries into revenue and delivering world-class customer experiences.What you’ll do:

• Respond to inbound inquiries via various channels to turn them into orders.
• Administer customer orders with great attention to detail to get successful outcomes.
• Collaborate seamlessly with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Be curious about our customers’ needs to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
• Assist customers in navigating our digital channels for maximum convenience.
• Stay up-to-date with our products/services to maximise on sales opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience with Hire or Building Materials sales environments is preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills, providing high quality customer experiences.
• Proven track record of achieving results through building relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
