Coordinating customer service and the repairs business and helping to drive new revenue streamsLiaising with the site engineering team to ensure all hire equipment is serviced and repaired in a timely mannerAssisting in the planning of deliveries and collections with the Operations Managers, ensuring customers’ expectations are metThis is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 4.30pm.And here’s what we’d like you to have:Strong organisational skills. You will need to manage multiple customers and hires at the same timePrevious administration and customer service experience is essentialPrevious experience in a hire role or a coordinator role is desirableTo be able to work well across multiple teams internally and provide exceptional customer serviceWe look forward to receiving your application!
