Job Description:Are you an experienced Hire Controller with great customer skills, looking for a new opportunity?The now might be the time to join a successful and growing container hire and sales business in Hamilton.You will be the first point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships, understanding their hire needs and ensuring we can meet them. This is a challenging, fast paced and rewarding role that provides a fantastic platform to grow and progress your career within the Hire Industry.You must have a strong Background in Hire and Administration and great Customer Service skills to adapt within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will be responsible for answering customer enquiries quickly and efficiently, completing all administrative coordination and identifying future opportunities to grow revenue.What are we looking for?

• Motivated and driven individuals with a ‘can do’ attitude

• Experience within a sales driven customer focused environment, preferably within Hire/Construction

• Well organised, with the ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure

• Effective communicators with strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to identify selling opportunities both with existing customers and by following up quotes and leads.

• Great IT skills

• Strong team player with the ability to work to own initiative
