Working for an equipment leasing company as the go between of your suppliers and customers – ensuing the right machinery is hired out and is delivered/off-hired to where/from where it needs to be.What you will be doing as a Hire Controller:

• Working with an approved list of suppliers to source the right equipment on behalf of customers
• Organising the logistics of the equipment getting from A to B, liaising with 3rd party suppliers
• Tracking and logging the machinery – what, where and when
• Building relationships with the portfolio of suppliers and customers
• Managing multiple projects at once – across the UK

What we need from you:

• Experience from within Plant Hire (or similar industry)
• A proven background as a Hire Controller or Operations Controller or similar
• Excellent communication – confident with the ability to build good working relationships
• Have the ability to follow things through/chase for information
• A proactive approach with the ability to coordinate
• Highly organised, with effective planning and multi tasking skills

The package:
The role is permanent, full time 7.30am-5pm Mon-Fri.

• Salary dep on experience In the region of £30k+ plus a monthly bonus (OTE an additional £2-3k pa)
• Free on-site Parking
• 24 days holiday (plus BH)

• 6 monthly reviews incl regular pay reviews.
