We are currently seeking a highly experienced HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) Driver to join our client’s busy operation in Chessington. This is a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate, following a successful 12-week trial period.Due to the nature of the role, previous Class 1 driving experience is essential. Candidates must also complete a driving assessment with the client before starting.Key Responsibilities:Safely and professionally deliver medicines as part of a dedicated team.Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle.Demonstrate a can-do attitude and work well within a busy and dynamic environment.Represent the company positively at all times, respecting colleagues and customers alike.Requirements:Valid HGV Class 1 / Cat C+E licence held for at least 2 yearsMinimum 2 years of driving experienceGood command of written and verbal EnglishPunctual, presentable, and reliableWillingness to work long hours and occasional SaturdaysMust be flexible to meet the needs of the rolePay & Hours:Monday to Friday: 05:00 – 16:00Every other Saturday: 05:00 start (half day)Paid weekly during the trial periodStandard rate: £18.00/hour (Advance PAYE)Overtime (after 40 hours/week): £20.00/hourSaturday half-days: paid at overtime rate of £20.00/hourInterested?
