In this role you will work closely with 2-3 consultants, supporting them and our customers with varied administration tasks (renewals, invoices, quotes, policies, claims, queries).Responsibilities 🤘

• Understand and work within Corporate Benefits Compliance procedures at all times
• Uphold Corporate Benefits ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ ethics in all dealings with clients
• Ensure Benefex data protection policy is always adhered to
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Benefex systems and processes
• Maintain the security of the premises and the data held within it and to ensure that any data processed is completed in secure environment in accordance with the Information Security Policy and associated documents
• Market Reviews:

• Request quotations
• Chase insurers for terms
• Draft broking reports for the Consultants
• SME reporting to providers and customers
• Loading employee data files
• Other:

• Ensure all scheme documentation in place for new business and renewals
• Ensure that Corporate Benefits Trackers are kept up to date
• Request/check/issue policy documents
• Ensure scheme specifications are kept up to date
• Assist customers and providers on any queries

What are we looking for? 🔎

• Minimum 1 year experience working within employee benefits
• Have basic Excel skills
• You are an effective communicator
• Demonstrate first class time management skills, and able to adhere to tight deadlines

• Good analytical skills

• Someone who is adaptable to working with a range of changing portfolios and consultants
• Show initiative and able to confidently approach tasks

• A team player or is willing to support colleagues should they need it
• Nice to have:

• IF7 certification
