Job Description:Wood is currently recruiting for a HSEQ Systems Administrator to join the Operations Team in Canada. This role will report directly to the HSEQ Systems Lead and will require an individual with exceptional skills in Excel and database management. This role supports all required HSEQ data management activities in the Operations business unit. Working with the HSEQ Systems Lead, the role will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s HSE & Quality Management Systems, and all related activities, are adequately maintained and implemented, so that resulting data are delivered effectively and efficiently.In our recruitment and hiring process at Wood Canada Ltd. - Ensure HSE Management System and Quality documentation is kept up to date
- Manage external databases (ISNetworld, Avetta)
- Assist with the management of suppliers’ performance and is involved in project feedback
- Maintain HSEQ performance databases in accordance with company requirements
- Supply monthly incident, and headcount reporting information
- Report HSE incidents, and track to closure
- Coordinate attendance and prepare HSE meeting agendas
- Attend HSE meetings and produce minutes
- Attend annual review meeting and produce minutes
- Report on status of Quality objective and key performance indicators
- Maintain document control and records registry
- Assist in the formatting of procedures and forms
- Assists with preparation for and attends Management Review meetings
- Supports continual improvement initiatives
Qualifications:Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Exceptional skills in the use of Microsoft office
- Outstanding communication, planning and organizational skills
- Confident self-starter who can work independently
- Experience working in a HSE Management and Quality system environment
- Minimum one-year HSE experience
