Job Title: Head of MarketingLocation: Bristol, Hybrid, 2+ Days per week in the OfficeSalary: £90,000 – £100,000 Depending on Experience + Up to 10% company bonusWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team and assist the Marketing Director in driving our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of the renewable energy sector and the application of AI, machine learning, and robotics. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, creativity, and a passion for sustainability.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Beam’s mission and goals.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various geographical territories and marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Ensure sustainable growth of the business by effectively communicating Beam to key audience groups and customers.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Highlight Beam’s innovative use of AI, machine learning, and robotics in marketing materials to differentiate our offerings and demonstrate our technological leadership.
• Establish Beam as a leading innovator within our industry and, demonstrate our commitment to fighting climate change; creating a business all team members are proud of.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to measure success and inform future strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, media, and industry influencers.
• Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and communications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leading role.
• Proven experience in the renewable energy sector or a related industry is highly desirable.
• Experience with marketing the use of AI, machine learning, and robotics is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a nice to have
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM, analytics, and content management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Talent Partner Interview: We will tell you more about the role, the team and Beam’s mission. This is a two-way conversation; we want to learn about your motivation, what you can bring to Beam, and provide answers to your questions.
• Aptitude Test: Demonstrate your critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and workplace personality through an aptitude test.
• Interview: Engage in a 1-hour interview with our Marketing Director and a member of the Marketing team. Experience the role first-hand and share your skills and experience. We’ll discuss our business, growth plans, and team dynamics. As always, feel free to ask any questions you may have.
• Final Interview: Meet with our Marketing Director and CEO for a final in-person interview for 30 minutes – 1 Hour.
