Head of HRCertain Advantage is hiring for a Head of HR based in the UK.This role is on a permanent basis and will involve a full relocation within the UK.The CompanyWe’re working with a business that is going a change and wants a strategic but operational Head of HR. We are looking for an experienced individual to re shape the HR function.The Role:This role is for a dynamic Head of HR-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You will be results-orientated and driven to succeed.You will report to senior stakeholders and the board and be responsible for:
- Full HR function
- Setting all policies and procedures
- Responsible for a change and transformation project
- Working directly with an owner and being a future board member
- Focusing on long term business strategy
- Ability to pivot into operational mode.
- Extensive legal and ER experience.
The IndividualWe are looking for people who can show:
- Proven experience as Head of HR
- Has worked in a stand-alone role
- Results driven in multiple sectors
- People focused
- Experienced in developing teams
- Experienced in implementing change and transformation
- Great communicator
- Experience working with independent owners
- CIPD level 7 (minimum)
