We are seeking a Head Chef to lead the dynamic kitchen team at One Square Brasserie, part of Edinburgh’s largest and most prestigious luxury hotel, under the Marriott International umbrella.About the RoleAs Head Chef, you will:

• Lead and motivate a talented team of 8 chefs, fostering creativity and excellence.
• Deliver 5-star culinary standards, ensuring every dish meets the expectations of our discerning guests.
• Collaborate with senior management to innovate and enhance the dining experience.
• Uphold and instil Marriott’s renowned values and commitment to quality.
• Maintaining exceptional hygiene standards & a dynamic approach to all thing’s health & safety
