This includes creating and executing menus, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring that the restaurant meets the highest standards of food quality and service.The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. They will be creative and innovative, with a passion for food and a commitment to excellence. They will also be a strong leader and manager, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team.Responsibilities:Create and execute menus that are both creative and appealing to guestsManage the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and schedulingEnsure that the kitchen is operating efficiently and in a safe mannerInspect food quality and ensure that all food is prepared according to health regulations
