Hazardous Materials Project Manager

As our Nashville, Tennessee, office continues to expand, S&ME is seeking a skilled professional to lead projects, provide technical guidance, support the development of junior staff, and contribute to business growth throughout the region. This Project Manager role is ideal for someone who thrives in both the technical aspects of environmental consulting and the relationship-driven side of client engagement and business development.
As a Hazardous Materials Project Manager, you will support our environmental team’s Phase I and Phase II ESAs, hazardous building materials assessments, brownfield projects, and regulatory compliance efforts while leading key project functions from initial planning and field implementation through technical reporting and team development, and providing guidance and support to junior staff members. You will play an important role in delivering environmental due diligence services, site investigations, industrial and brownfield redevelopment projects, private sector developments, and remediation programs through a combination of hands-on fieldwork and technical office responsibilities.
