As our Guest Relations Agent you will have a natural ability to connect with people and have a creative flair to deliver personalised tailored service to our guests.As a Guest Relations Agent you will:

• Creating and arranging amenities to surprise and delight our guests.
• Having presence in the lobby, meeting, greeting and providing assistance to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
• Liaising with all departments to ensure all guests needs and expectations are met.
• Liaising with guests, finding out their preferences and updating their Opera profiles.
• Managing and swiftly resolving guest complaints.
• Being the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensuring all departments are fully briefed on their requirements.
• Serving as a main point of contact for long-stay guests to ensure consistency.

Our most successful Guest Relations Agent is someone who:

• Anticipate our guests needs and be able to thing outside the box to create tailored experiences that leave our guests with lasting memories.
• Someone who is creative!
• Previous experience in a Guest facing role within a luxury hotel.
• Someone who is naturally engaging and attentive with an eye for detail
• A self-starter who is intuitive and dependable.
