GTM Engineer – Marketing Services

We are hiring a GTM Engineer to lead the build and execution of digital marketing campaigns that generate leads and support sales across our consulting business. You will operate as the technical lead across our marketing stack, helping us deploy multi-channel campaigns at scale using tools such as Clay, Lemlist, ElevenLabs, and others.This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and technology. You’ll design, execute, and optimise data-led campaigns that help us reach decision-makers, generate high-quality meetings, and convert interest into new business. As we build new advisory offerings, speed-to-market and lead generation are critical. This role will be central to designing and running the marketing engine that supports our growth. You’ll be the technical expert behind the campaigns, and a core enabler of revenue.Campaign Delivery & ExecutionBuild and execute outbound and inbound marketing campaigns using LinkedIn, email, voice notes, and landing pagesSet up automated sequences and triggers to move prospects through the funnelCoordinate message personalisation, A/B testing, and response handlingOwn the Marketing Tech StackManage tools including Clay (data enrichment and segmentation), Lemlist (multichannel outreach), ElevenLabs (AI voice), ScoreApp (lead capture), Qwilr (proposals), and Calendly (booking)Ensure integrations across tools and platforms are functioning and optimisedEvaluate and onboard new tools as needed to improve speed or quality of executionTargeting & Data EnrichmentSource and build prospect lists from LinkedIn and scraped dataEnrich contact data (emails, phone numbers, titles, signals) via APIs and enrichment tools
Segment audiences based on seniority, industry, buying intent, or use caseLead Generation & Content ActivationDeploy content-led campaigns including scorecards, thought leadership, and voice note outreachWork closely with consultants and subject matter experts to publish relevant, timely campaignsOptimise CTAs, lead magnets, and booking flows to maximise conversionAnalytics & OptimisationTrack funnel performance: email open/reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline generatedCreate dashboards and reporting to show campaign ROIIterate and improve based on performance data and market feedbackEssentialDesirableStrong experience executing B2B marketing campaigns in a consulting, SaaS, or services businessBackground in consulting, recruitment, or professional servicesProven ability to work across marketing platforms and integrationsExperience with scraping tools and enrichment via tools like Clay, Lusha, and ApolloTechnical marketing skills including list building, data enrichment, segmentation, and automationFamiliarity with AI tools like ElevenLabs or GPT-based copywritingComfortable working independently to build campaigns from scratchStrong understanding of multi-step outbound nurture campaignsGrowth mindset and a builder attitudeExperience in lead scoring, qualification frameworks, or CRM architectureYou must have the appropriate authorisation to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship from The Barton Partnership.We expect our colleagues to bring their best selves to work and demonstrate our values of Aware, Committed, and Human, every day.Powered by JazzHR United Kingdom
