You are a proactive communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver, able to manage content governance while ensuring high-quality enablement resources are readily available for our sales teams. You will play an integral role in driving the adoption of new CMS features, distributing Proof Points, and overseeing Digital Sales Rooms’ performance to ensure optimal effectiveness and scalability of our global enablement initiatives.What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Own the interaction with the solution provider of choice
  • Manage and optimize the CMS platform for the sales team, ensuring it meets business needs and aligns with best practices
  • Be the point of contact for internal GenAI initiatives that utilizes our content for RAG ingestion and LLM training
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to customize CMS and ensure alignment with sales strategies
  • Develop and curate sales content within the CMS platform, maintaining an organized structure for easy access by sales teams
  • Train sales team members on using CMS effectively to maximize adoption and impact
  • Analyze data within CMS to measure content effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Drive the rollout of new CMS features, ensuring smooth adoption across sales teams
  • Maintain governance processes for content management across a cross-functional GTM team, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Take direct ownership of the Sales Plays framework, ensuring they are effectively communicated and utilized
  • Oversee the performance of Digital Sales Rooms, enhancing them based on feedback and data-driven insights
  • Actively support a 4000+ GTM Global Audience

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Previous exposure to HighSpot, MindTickle, or Seismic workflows would be a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement or a similar role, with experience working directly with sales teams
  • Proficiency with the Google Productivity Suite
  • Experience managing a CMS or an LMS infrastructure for GTM Enablement
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible manner
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Exposure to Business Process Optimization, or Robotic Process Automation
  • Motivated to solve problems using digital tools
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to lead multiple projects and optimize processes
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to build consensus and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
