• Availability on CAD/US holidays,
• Evening, Night and Weekend shifts,
• Rotating work schedules and shifts

ResponsibilitiesReceive pre-alerts for incoming shipmentsCreate recovery scheduled based on all pre- alerts receivedDispatch runners and line-haul drivers according to scheduleResolve any issue arising from recovery attempt

• Customs
• Warehouse

Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate customs clearanceCoordinate pick-up and deliveryWork with Canada Customs, broker/s and other stakeholders to ensure complianceReceive and prepare supplier invoicesFollow up on supplier invoice payments with APApply customer contract according to activities performedPrepare supplier invoices for paymentWork with the billing team to ensure clients are invoiced on timeEnter all billable activities into designated computer systemRespond to overseas customer queries related to inbound loadsCoordinate with warehouse to manage return shipmentsPrepare monthly reportsAttend to destruction of shipments with CBSA supervisionEnsure signed E15 forms are sent to broker for CREDITS programArrange return shipments with export shipping agentsComplete Export declaration in CERS for return shipmentsRouting of shipments and preparation of pre-alert documentsBooking of all shipments with airlines, steam ship companies and trucking firmsOversee consolidation and assembly of shipments at gatewayDocument preparation for international Global Expedited shipments, including but not limited to MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoice and certificates of originWork with Bonded warehouses to ensure regulatory complianceWorking closely with the Operations team to ensure customer satisfactionQualifications

• Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel & Word are mandatory
• Excellent customer service skills and customer focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi task, accustomed to working with minimal supervision, confident and conscientious
• Proficiency in both International and Cross Border import and export procedures
• Knowledge of Air/Ocean Imports documentation and procedures
• Experience in multiple freight forwarding product offerings
• Experience or demonstrated knowledge in Customs Regulations and bonded warehouse procedures/requirements
• Experience in cutting MAWB, HAWB, Ground Bills of Lading and Export Declarations
