If you thrive in a small, autonomous team and love managing growth tools, this role is for you.Your missionYou’ll be responsible for managing our entire growth stack, from HubSpot and outbound tools to Webflow. Your job is to own execution and make sure our marketing and sales pipeline runs like a well-oiled machine.What you’ll do CRM & Outbound automation
- Own HubSpot: setup, automation, segmentation, reporting.
- Manage Lemlist: outbound sequences, personalization, warm-up.
- Use CaptainData, Dropcontact, Datagma, Surfe to enrich and automate prospecting.
Website & analytics
- Manage and optimize our Webflow website.
- Track performance using GA4, GTM and dashboards.
- Improve conversion rates by analyzing user behavior on Metabase.
Paid media & lead generation
- Run and optimize paid campaigns to lower CPL.
- Experiment with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels.
- Align outbound and inbound efforts to maximize lead flow.
This role is for you if you specialise in : Autonomy & execution – You get things done, fast and well.
Expertise in HubSpot, Webflow, and Lemlist – Must-have skills.
Having a Data-driven mindset – You optimize everything for performance.
Experience in outbound & automation – Not just theory, real execution.
