Position: Grower ManagerSalary: £42,500K to £45,500Start: Immediate or based on your notice periodLocation: Pocklington, York, United KingdomWe pleased to be recruiting for a Grower Manager, £45K, near Pocklington, the ideal candidate hold similar experience from different verity of edible horticultural crop.The candidate:You hold a background of agriculture, and a degree in agriculture or horticulture is preferredYou are passionate about growing food and love hard work and commitment of such workManage KPIs, train team members and implement climate control and fertigationAll crop husbandry work, hygienic compliance and ensure GMP adherence

In addition, you offer open and transparent communication at all level, and very comfortable using words, outlook and updating of internal IT systems.Our three simply step process of selection process:
