Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Group HR Advisor to support our HR functions across all Group Companies, including Juniper and our sister company, Shkolo. This role involves managing all aspects of the employee journey, providing HR advice and support, with a strong focus on recruitment processes, including international recruitment for Shkolo.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts, from screening to interviews, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Manage ATS systems, including Team Tailor and Natural HR.
- Train Line Managers on recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Update and review HR policies to comply with legal changes.
- Produce and analyse HR data for meaningful reports.
- Handle employee relations matters, including Sickness Absence Management, grievances, and disciplinaries.
- Advise on Maternity, Paternity, and Flexible Work requests.
- Assist with change management and acquisition projects.
About You:
- Strong communicator with experience in the full employee lifecycle.
- Passionate about recruitment and onboarding.
- Confident handling sensitive HR matters.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience; CIPD qualification is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure.
- Process-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
