• Supporting candidate find their next opportunities
• Building long-term candidate and client networks
• Working closely with clients to achieve their hiring goals
• After progressing to Consultant level, you will have the opportunity to work in a 360 Recruitment role which will mean winning your own accounts and managing those processes from start to finish.
• Build your sector and recruitment niche.

• Willing to commute to Southampton, Hedge End
• Degree OR industry experience
