Operating in most major cities across the UK, they provide quality accommodation for students.Graduate Property Management Scheme – £26K – Manchester – Immediate startThis is a great opportunity for a graduate with a keen interest in the property industry to gain exposure to different areas of property management. This scheme will take you step by step through the foundations of tenancy management, property customer service and sales, marketing, through to compliance and maintenance management.Past GRB and graduate placements are now senior managers in the business having started their careers here, and the same opportunities are available to you!Role Highlights:

- A 2.2 or above (or equivalent) in your chosen discipline
- Some work experience to demonstrate work ethic IE retail, hospitality, customer service roles…
