Over a 2-year timeframe you will have the opportunity to work in a maximum of 3 roles, gaining experience in demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and procurement.You’ll develop a deep understanding of the entire supply chain, with a focus on excellence and efficiency, using this knowledge to fast-track your readiness for a future leadership role within one of our supply chain teams. Our immersive learning program will give you valuable insights into our “grain to glass” business model, helping you appreciate how each function of the organisation plays a role in driving overall business success.About YouWe are excited to hear from graduates who are enthusiastic about learning, development, and making a difference. To be eligible, you should:Hold a degree in Supply Chain/Logistics graduating before September 2025.Have no more than 2 years of professional experience.Demonstrate a passion for Supply Chain and a willingness to embrace mobility within the UKWe believe that great achievements are built together.
