As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects, collaborate with industry experts, and drive meaningful change in the world of e-mobility.Position overview:As a Product Manager at VEV, you will be an integral part of our startup environment, contributing your skills to constantly improve the experience for our customers. You will work closely with our Product and Digital Engineering team to create a best-in-class digital product experience for customers using our platform. We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for problem-solving, and an interest in helping drive forward the electric mobility sector.Key responsibilities:Product and Offer development

• Support the Product team in development of the VEV product and offerings by providing project support
• Act as a product expert to disseminate product knowledge across the company
• Assist in competitor benchmarking and market insights

User Experience and User Interface Design (UX/UI)

• Gather and analyse key customer journey’s and identify pain points
• Design user flows and wireframes which represent how users interact with our systems including desktop application and mobile app
• Design graphic user interface elements, such as page layout and colour scheme, and illustrate using software e.g. Figma or Adobe Design
• Continuously review our design based on user feedback, new features and create a roadmap of future improvements
• Work closely with the development team to bring designs and ideas to life

Customer Support and Onboarding onto Product:

• Support with customer demonstrations and market research.
• Support customer discussions as product and technical expert for platform and hardware.
• Deliver customer onboarding such as detailed training sessions and on-hand product support

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and goals within the context of e-mobility.
• Clearly communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Innovation and Problem Solving:

• Bring an innovative mindset to problem-solving, contributing creative solutions to complex challenges.
• Thrive in a startup environment and be comfortable with ambiguity.

We are looking for you to have:

• Currently, or within the last 2 years, enrolled in the third year of a degree program in Product Design, Product Management, Computer Science or a related field.
• Interest in e-mobility and sustainability.
• Proficiency in design programmes such as Figma or Adobe Design
• Experience with programming languages such as React, JavaScript or Angular a plus
• Experience or knowledge of Agile Development methodologies.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a startup environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
