Indicatura – Graduate ConsultantLocationWe are proud to offer a flexible approach to the location of our roles, with the majority of our team already enjoying the related benefits. We offer the flexibility to work from home or be based within our Manchester office – or a combination of both, with some travel around the UK, to client site, required.Salary and Benefits£29.4K – £33.0k plus a £4000.00 car allowance, with an annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary and private healthcare and 34 days holiday allowance.Working PatternPermanent | Full Time | Flexible options availableAbout The RoleWe are recruiting for across the business, and as a Graduate Consultant you will be joining the business at an exciting time. Because our vision is to make a difference to our world by reducing waste and inefficiency in the creation and use of physical asset portfolios… enabling the world to make better use of our planet’s precious resources.Key ResponsibilitiesThis is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our likeminded team of professionals.As a graduate consultant you would be working with our technical delivery team and our consulting team;

  • Gathering, understanding and analysing engineering and asset-based environments and information
  • Producing detailed and comprehensive written reports, articulating technical and analytical findings in a digestible and simplified manner
  • Investigating impacts and causes of inefficiencies and problems and developing solutions to address
  • Evaluating various options and actions. Quantifying benefits of each, utilising financial, operational and engineering methodologies and metrics
  • Utilising information and analysis undertaken into presentable and useful graphs, tables and slides

What are we looking for in a candidate?The ideal candidate will have an interest in physical Asset Management and engineering analyses. And they will need the skills to support the delivery of our technical services by being a self-starter with good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.You will have a keen interest in;

  • The technical application of availability, reliability, and maintainability
  • How data can be exploited to optimise asset value
  • A strong interest or experience (education or work) in data analysis and problem solving

Qualifications

  • Degree or Master’s or PHD in engineering, such as mechanical, materials, aerospace, physics, math’s (applied) or computer science, civil, electrical, chemical or other relevant STEM degree
