So, join us as a Global Onboarding Specialist, and find your superpower.National Grid is hiring three Global Onboarding Specialists to join our Onboarding team in Warwick. The role is hybrid so you can enjoy working from home as well as the office.About the roleAs a Global Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires across National Grid, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This includes coordinating pre-employment activities, overseeing tasks completed by joiners, hiring managers, and other teams, and providing continuous support from Day-1 through to first 30 days of employment.Alongside delivering quality onboarding experience, the role will ensure compliance through completion all necessary pre-employment checks, as well as ensuring all joiners have right-to-work documentation in place. Additionally, the role includes managing outbound global mobility moves for external joiners.If you are detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about driving operational excellence in the employee lifecycle we would love to hear from you!What you’ll do

InterviewsWe will be conducting interviews for this role on the 17th and 18th July via MS TeamsWhat you’ll getCompetitive annual salary of £40,706.00 per annumAs well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
