We are seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to join a dynamic, fast-paced team supporting international mobility operations across EMEA.This contract role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with immigration, relocation, and tax experts, ensuring a smooth transition for employees across multiple regions. If you have a strong operational mindset and love problem-solving, this role could be the perfect fit.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assess immigration status to validate candidates’ right to work.
- Advise employees on mobility policies, addressing queries and finding solutions.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to provide guidance on mobility processes.
- Coordinate with external vendors on immigration, tax, and relocation matters.
- Provide regular status updates on relocation and immigration cases.
- Maintain data accuracy on internal systems and manage relocation life cycles.
- Review expense management, cost estimates, and pre-decision relocation assessments.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience in Global Mobility.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working across EMEA mobility operations; knowledge of Americas/APJ is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage confidential data.
- Degree preferred, but not essential.
