DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES|We’re looking for a Global CyberLAB Product Manager to own and evolve the CyberLAB as a key product within the Exclusive Networks ecosystem. In this strategic role, you’ll drive the development, integration, and global effectiveness of the CyberLAB, ensuring it delivers maximum value across our network. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to align product strategy with business goals and operational needs. - CyberLAB Roadmap: Define long-term vision and drive continuous innovation.
- User Experience: Optimize accessibility and usability for internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Development & Maintenance: Manage virtual lab engineering team to create and maintain high-quality labs.
- Regional Lab Champions: Empower lab champions in different regions to manage business development requests.
- Ecosystem Integration: Work with developers to integrate CyberLAB with internal systems, vendors, and third-party tools for improved reporting and analytics.
- Feedback Loops: Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve CyberLAB.
- Adoption & Usage: Drive adoption by sales, technical teams, and partners through training and best practices.
- Business Strategy Alignment: Ensure CyberLAB initiatives align with company objectives.
- Platform Integration: Integrate key platforms (NetSuite, HubSpot, Power BI) within the broader ecosystem.
- Maximize Efficiency: Ensure optimal system utilization to drive business impact.
- Leverage Expertise: Utilize CRM, ERP, and Data Analytics to enhance system functionality and user experience.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE|The ideal Global CyberLab Product Manager

- Strategic Thinking: Define product strategy aligned with business goals.
- Product Management: Experience managing technical products, ideally in cybersecurity or IT.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, labs, and proof-of-concept methodologies.
- Project Management: Strong coordination and delegation skills across virtual teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication with regional teams, vendors, and departments.
- Data-Driven: Experience with reporting tools and analytics to track performance and impact.
