• Providing thought leadership on how the next generation of generative AI should think and write.
• Creating training data sets for AI models that will help the models improve fluency, coherence and voice.
• Spearheading RLHF (reinforcement learning through human feedback) and fine-tuning training data sets for AI as needed.
• Annotating data to help AI models align to human values.
• Creating and adhering to the rule book on how AI should respond to human queries.
• Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data as well as AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the AI models.

Requirements:Requirements

• Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication (additional language mentioned below and English).
• Strong understanding of bilingual language, from grammar to semantics and beyond (additional language mentioned below and English).
• Ability to edit and improve communication across a wide variety of fields.
• Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
• Well-honed internet research skills.
• Embraces diverse teams.
• Navigates ambiguity with ease and confidence.
• Self-sufficient with a strategic, “big picture” mindset.
• Nimble and capable of shifting between a task-oriented and project-oriented perspective.
• Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, journalism, creative writing, or English.

The base salary range for this full-time remote permanent position is $65,000 to $70,000. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. You will also receive benefits, including, but not limited to, comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage and generous PTO.
