We are seeking candidates for a General Manager role on the day shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. Interested? - Ensure accurate schedules, full shift coverage, and thoughtful staffing decisions
- Hire, train, and develop team members while promoting engagement and internal growth
- Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and recognition to support team performance
- Lead by example to deliver fun, high-quality guest experiences
- Quickly resolve customer or operational issues with professionalism
- Use systems and tools to manage scheduling, training, and day-to-day operations
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards
- Manage inventory levels, reduce waste, and support supply chain efficiency
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and help drive sales goals
- Adjust strategies and schedules to meet evolving business needs
What you need to be a General Manager:
- 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or customer service management experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and accountability skills
- Ability to give and receive feedback with empathy and professionalism
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and growth-focused team culture
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and availability for full-time hours
- Willingness to learn and use new systems and tools
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 4–8 hours
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, financial reports, or digital tools is a plus
