As a Restaurant General Manager, you’ll lead your team in delivering exceptional service and high-quality food, ensuring every customer has an unforgettable experience. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth kitchen and front-of-house operations, all while maintaining a positive, high-energy atmosphere that reflects the spirit of the Popeyes brand. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and controlling costs to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably. You’ll also ensure that all health and safety regulations are met, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers. A key part of your role will be developing and mentoring your team, providing coaching and training to build a motivated, high-performing group that consistently delivers outstanding service.
