Job SummaryWe are looking for a committed and diligent Laborer to become a part of our team. The perfect candidate should have experience in assembly line operations and possess mechanical skills to aid in diverse tasks, such as fabrication and assembly. Candidate should also have experience using different saw machines. This position demands the ability to thrive in a warehouse or factory setting, using both hand tools and power tools to help meet production objectives.****Please note that this is an ongoing recruitment process, and we will hire as positions become available ****Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to facilitate a smooth production flow.
• Employ hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks as necessary.
• Keep a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols at all times.
• Work together with team members to achieve production deadlines and meet quality standards.
• Perform regular inspections of equipment and notify supervisors of any issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus, with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to read, write and understand English language is a must.

Job Type: Full-timePay: From: $17.00 per hour with possibility of weekly production bonus.Expected hours: No less than 40 per weekSchedule: Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pmWork Location: Clarence, NYBenefits
