Compensation: $20 – $21 per hour
Are you looking for a new position with a good pay rate? We have the opportunity for you. Alliance Industrial is looking for hard working individuals who are interested in a great paying opportunity in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities may vary depending on the role but applicants should have previous production experience (at least 6 months) and forklift experience is a plus!Shifts Available:

• 1st shift 5:00a.m. – 3:30pm (Monday – Thursday)
• 2nd Shift 3:00p.m. – 1:30a.m. (Monday – Thursday)
• OT is on Fridays during scheduled work hours. (OT will be mandatory in the peak time period, typically Jan. – March.

Pay Rate:

• $20.00/ hr for 1st shift
• $21.50 / hr for 2nd Shift
• OT will be paid at time and a half

Job Description:

• Must be able to lift 55lb. products periodically throughout the day with no physical limitations
• Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Courteous and professional demeanor
• Ability to perform with a sense of urgency and accuracy
