Compensation: $21 per hour

Alliance Industrial is looking for hard working individuals who are interested in a great paying opportunity in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities may vary depending on the role but applicants should have previous production experience (at least 6 months) and forklift experience is a plus!General Labor Shift Available:
- 1st Shift : 5:30am – 3:30pm (Monday – Thursday)
- 2nd Shift 3:00p.m. – 1:30a.m. (Monday – Thursday)
- OT is on Fridays during scheduled work hours. (OT will be mandatory in the peak time period, typically Jan. – March.
General Labor Pay Rate:
- $20 / hr for 1st Shift
- $21.50 / hr for 2nd Shift
- OT will be paid at time and a half
Job Description:
- Must be able to lift 55lb. products periodically throughout the day with no physical limitations
- Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Courteous and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform with a sense of urgency and accuracy
