Through our expertise in business transformation, service innovation, and technical systems we enable sustainable solutions that improve the student experience, meet the needs of our community and position the University of Alberta to be a leader in the student experience.PositionThe Functional Analyst is a key member of the Enrolment Systems & Service Innovation team. The Functional Analyst supports enrolment focused portfolios by blending their knowledge of enrolment and student service operations with expertise of enrolment management systems utilized by the University’s campus community. Through effective system configuration, the Functional Analyst ensures the University’s enrolment related processes run efficiently, accurately, and on time. They also collaborate with team members and subject matter experts from across the University to improve processes and fully utilize available systems. Leveraging this unique expertise, the Functional Analyst is pivotal in the supporting the entirety of the student journey and improving the student experience at the University of Alberta.Duties
