This is a work from home opportunity but our preference for location is either the Saskatchewan or Alberta provinces. You will be part of a team of Recruiters in a supportive and collaborative environment. Must Have Primary Skills :

• Min 2 years experience in recruiting and should have a service oriented personality
• Professional demeanor, strong organization skills and be self motivated.
• Responsible for postings and qualifying candidates to requirements.
• Responsible for proposal submissions for various clients.
• Performs direct and indirect recruiting including the identification, qualification, and presentation of candidates to our account management team to meet client requirements.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Utilizes proactive and highly creative sourcing strategies to seek out passive job seekers and not simply react to active job seekers
• University Degree 2 years of proven written and analysis skills
• 2 years IT or general Recruitment experience
• 1 yr Interfacing with Clients
