We are an all-day café with a garden patio and event space offering locally sourced New American cuisine. We serve the highest-quality foods possible, utilizing local, plant-based, farm-to-table, and organic ingredients whenever possible.Candidate summary: The ideal candidate is skilled at delivering quick, efficient, and top-notch service. Compensation and benefits:

• $3 hourly plus tips
• Up to $200 per 8-hour shift after tip out
• $1000 weekly average
• Tips received in paycheck
• Paid biweekly
• Direct deposit

Schedule requirements:

• Full-time
• 35 hours per week
• Weekends are mandatory
• Christmas and Thanksgiving off

Language requirements:

• English

Must have experience:

• 2+ years of serving experience in a similar high-volume restaurant
• Food safety knowledge (ServSafe or equal certification helpful)
• Various cuisine, food allergy, and basic bar knowledge

• Able to work in a standing position
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift 50 lbs
• Experience operating a point-of-sale system
• Able to adhere to uniform standards (must wear and carry an apron, lighter, wine key, highlighter, and pens at all times)
• High school diploma
