You will be tasked with ensuring the upholding of exceptional standards for every guest when checking in and out and throughout their stay with us. You will be responsible for ensuring all financial and booking transactions are completed correctly, in a timely manner and in line with our brand standards and company procedures. You will be responsible for developing your team and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. This will be a hands-on role and you will be expected to lead from the front and uphold the brand values.What will you be doing?Ensures all Front Office policies and procedures are adhered:
