This leader will play a key role in leading the core French GTM team to generate revenue and profitability by building a successful resale channel business and achieving individual, team and organisational quotas.Responsibilities:Develop the vision and growth strategy for France for short, medium and long term which aligns with 8×8’s aggressive EMEA growth plansDevelop and execute appropriate business plans to support growth, business expansion and market positioningEvaluate performance, productivity and competitiveness on a quarterly basis and report progress on performanceCreate a culture that supports 8×8’s EMEA business strategy and allows scale for growthManage budgets and sales revenue efficientlySupport and develop direct reports by participating in client and prospect meetings.Engage other corporate resources as required for the ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and trainingConduct weekly forecast meetingsCoach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closureReport on sales activity and forecast to the Managing Director, EMEAConsistently monitor sales activity of the teamSupport sales teams and key account managers in retention of existing clients.Improving internal processes and partner collaboratively with other functions and departments to effectively support the France vision and strategy8×8 is proud to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.For 8×8 jobs located in the US: 8×8 participates in the .View the in English and Español.View the in English and Español.We also provide reasonable accommodation to individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable laws.
