Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Guide perfumers in developing, evaluating, and adjusting new and existing fragrance formulations.
  • Evaluate fragrances to ensure alignment with organizational standards, customer requirements, and olfactive direction.
  • Analyze current market and fragrance trends to support innovation and competitive positioning.
  • Review and compare competitor products to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to assess consumer preferences and translate insights into fragrance recommendations.
  • Provide clear, structured feedback to perfumers to support formula optimization.
  • Maintain full awareness of regulatory requirements impacting fragrance development.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality processes and global regulatory standards.
  • Support fragrance submissions, sample preparation, and documentation as needed.

  • Strong sensory evaluation skills and the ability to assess olfactive performance with accuracy and consistency.
  • Understanding fragrance development processes, applications, and formulation considerations.
  • Ability to translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable fragrance direction.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear guidance to perfumers and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to evaluate competitor products objectively.
  • Understanding of global regulatory frameworks related to fragrance safety and compliance.

  • Previous experience in fragrance evaluation, sensory analysis, or perfumery support.
  • Familiarity with IFRA guidelines and global fragrance regulatory standards.

Salary Ranges:

$78992- $98740
