Resident Forklift Engineer – Oxford | Up to £43,000 Per Annum

Salary: Up to £43,000 Per Annum
Are you a skilled forklift engineer looking for a site-based role with a better work-life balance? We’re hiring a Resident Forklift Engineer to join a close-knit engineering team at a well-established site in Oxford. No travel, no van — just a consistent location, quality equipment, and proper support.
This is a great opportunity for a forklift engineer who wants to be hands-on without the hassle of being mobile.
The Role: As a forklift engineer, you’ll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance and repair of a varied fleet of forklifts and MHE equipment. You’ll work alongside another forklift engineer on each shift, ensuring strong cover and collaboration on site.
The Shift Pattern: You’ll work a rotating day and night shift pattern with extended periods of time off in between. Shifts are 10 hours long, and you’ll be part of a 2-person team on each rotation.
What You’ll Get:

• up to £43,000 depending on experience
• £5K+ shift allowance
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Tools and PPE provided
• Permanent, resident role based solely in Oxford
