Food Production Technician

Food Production Technician:

• Frequent Lifting of 50lbs.
• loading materials into hoppers.
• Program, run, modify, monitor & validate recipe specifications.
• Verify flow rates frequently and adjust as necessary.
• Document accurate records of essential data routinely throughout shift.
• Conduct quality food safety control point checks routinely.?
• Learn how to use HMI for batch cooking, CIP, & emergency flush systems.
• Adhere to food safety rules.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shifts: Day 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Food Production Technician Requirements:

• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and production lines.
• Stand in a stationary position.
• Work in a warm environment.
• This factory works with a variety of nuts

Pay:
 $20.00 per hour
