Job Title: Food Production Line Worker – Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $17.50 per hour + depending on experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking a Food Production Line Worker for a temp-to-hire position with our client, a cold food manufacturing facility located in Bath, Maine. The Food Production Line Worker will support the daily operations of the production floor by assembling, packaging, and preparing food products while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The Food Production Line Worker plays a vital role in keeping production running efficiently and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity located in Bath, Maine.As a Food Production Line Worker, you will be responsible for:Operating production line machinery and assembling goods according to company specificationsPackaging and labeling finished products for shipment or storageMeasuring and feeding raw materials into equipmentPerforming quality and safety checks, including GMP compliance and foreign material detectionFollowing standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and sanitation standardsMaintaining a clean and organized work area throughout the shiftThe ideal candidate for this role will have:The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, twisting, and reaching
