Food & Beverage ManagerLocation: Tadley, HampshireSalary: £35,000 per annumJob Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring quality control in all aspects of service.
• Develop and implement creative menus that cater to the diverse preferences of our guests.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and ensure the availability of supplies.
• Train and supervise staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and excellence in customer service.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety standards in food preparation and service areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best quality products.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, pricing strategy, and revenue forecasting for the department.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated on food and beverage trends, integrating them into the business strategy where applicable.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficient knowledge in food and beverage operations.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Experience in menu planning and food cost management.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations specific to the food and beverage industry.
